The essentials of the bananas diet. First thing in the morning get yourself a glass of water and leave it for a while until it’s more or less warm or at room temperature. Well maybe. Bananas have a type of resistive starch andthis could allowing easier dieting. The starch ferments in the larger intestine which in turn creates a chemical commodity that impedes the changeover of carbs into usable fuel. So replacing standard carbs with the resistant starch in bananas can advance fat burning. A further benefit of the bananas diet is that fibre increases in volume in your stomach, so you will have that feeling of being full quicker.
Keeping your body fully hydrated on getting up at dawn is good no matter what diet your on. You are stocking up your fluids and keeping yourself hydrated. It is also argued by some experts in nutrition that room temp water helps with digestion, so the water intake does make some sense.
After breakfast things take a more normal approach. Lunch is basic foods, which can include fries or bread. You may consume a sweet treatin the afternoon and last food can be your normal main course as long as it’s too late in the evening, so get an early night!
The biggest danger here can be that your noon feed, the 3pm sweet treat and evening meal are non specific in as what to eat. Some individuals will not be successfull with this diet due to eating too much the rest of the day, although those with a liking for sweet things may find themselves not eating so much when they can only have a small sugary snack at around 3pm.
As a natural food bananas are packet with goodness. They are stuffed with fibre and with protein; and contain potassium, but like any of the other one food diets like the ‘egg and tomato diet’ they should not be the only natural food category in your diet.
The bananas diet will make you loose weight under the correct circumstances but you need to do the normal things; count your calorie consumption, eat your fruit and veg and exercise. Be good to your body and your body will be good to you. ie not turn all squishy like an over ripe banana!
